Climate Cafe: Personal Dialogue on the Climate Crisis (online)

One of the biggest challenges of the climate crisis is knowing how to navigate the complex emotions it brings up. Where can we safely talk about our fear, outrage, and grief? The more comfortable we become with these difficult feelings, the better we’re able to cope. Climate Cafés offer a structured yet informal space for open, respectful conversations about our emotional responses to the climate crisis.

In small, safe, and welcoming groups, people can share their concerns about our changing climate without fear of judgment. These cafés offer vital support through confidential conversations about personal, family, and societal impacts. By fostering open dialogue, Climate Cafés help participants stay connected and grounded as they explore emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, helplessness, sadness, and grief.

Inclusive and non-political, these thoughtfully facilitated gatherings are open to anyone aged 18 or over. I invite you to join me to talk about your climate emotions in a supportive environment—without pressure to find solutions or take action.
