We’re pleased to share some upcoming events in the VCPI & NVU community: 

Create Your Own Personal Wellness Plan (Online)
Thursday, April 1 at 12pm
Join VCPI & Cath Burns, Ph.D from COVID Support VT for “Promoting Wellness, Coping & Recovery During COVID-19” on Thursday, April 1 at 12pm via Zoom. This inaugural program for VCPI’s new ‘lunch & learn’ series will feature a 60-minute interactive workshop to explore the pandemic’s impacts upon our mental health, what we can do to cope and recover in healthy ways, and additional support available from COVID Support VT for individuals, programs and communities.

Participants will:

– learn about the impact of disaster, and specifically the pandemic, upon mental health and stress
– learn how to manage the stressors related to the pandemic and develop a wellness plan
– understand when more support may be needed and resources available for support

This session is free & open to the public.
